Blackcurrant and Liquorice

I decided to have a go at capturing pouring liquid today and used my new bottle of Mr Fitzpatrick’s Blackcurrant and Liquorice Cordial to experiment with.  It arrived from Amazon yesterday while I was out.  I showed it to my gardener, who is also a Herbalist, and she says I’ll be all set up for the Winter because it is good for sore throats and coughs.  Of course, I googled it as well and learn that it is also good for constipation, hormonal disorders, chronic fatique and baldness! I came across this magical liquid while visiting   a fellow blipper's blip HERE!   I think I might become addicted to it.   It is described by Aga Foodhall as a wonderfully aromatic  drink where “blackcurrants are delightfully combined with liquorice with a sophisticated sambucca note to finish. A rich viscous drink which lingers long after the glass is empty”.  I might try adding some Sambucca as an enhancement  -  just jokingJ
