Had my first appraisal today.. It went okay. Apparently when I speak I speak with knowledge and a good level of understanding but I need to speak up more, stop segregating myself from the group and cut my pharmacist head off

It really isn't that easy to do...

So, action points for next week - ask more questions to clarify topics, take the lead on one unfamiliar topic (i.e not drugs) and don't get excited when it comes to medicines...

Today's picture is smart water.. Been drinking it all week (okay, refilling it from the tap) in the hope it will make me feel smarterer.. Needless to say I still feel like a dunce :(
