Make hay while the sun shines

An autumn glimpse of the countryside. Almost two weeks of dry weather have given the farmers a window of opportunity to prepare for winter. I liked the zigzag pattern of hedges and fences from this viewpoint with the red foliage of  willowherb in the foreground which has gone to seed.
