Today was the day .....

.... for my flu injection. The nurse was highly amused when I said that I wanted to take a photograph for my blip journal.  The task would have been easier if the jag had been in my lower arm but the upper arm was the site. Try relaxing your arm, twisting your upper body, holding and focusing the camera with your other hand .... the photo was rubbish so we had another go which was a bit better .... no second dose of vaccine though.  My arm is a bit stiff at the moment but that will soon wear off.
