Reasons to be cheerful :

 - It's Friday

 - October is half done, and so, therefore, is my "Sober for October" pledge

 - The generosity of friends' donations to support me in my sobriety in raising funds for Macmillan Cancer support gives me a nice warm glow and rosy blush, even without the alcohol :)

- These delicate little pink flowers growing in the school gardens for Biker Bear's 'Flower Friday' in support of Pink October Breast Cancer Awareness Month (Click here for the BCAM website to donate funding for free mammograms for women in need)
