Hunt the vitamin!

Birthday sleepover, 8 teenage girls, enough food to feed the proverbial army and probably not a vitamin or nutrient in the whole lot, apart from a few strawberries and grapes.
Still feeling a bit rough and not sure a houseful of giggling girls is going to help, so am locking myself away in the craftroom to have a play with macro.
