Moving on

Last night we (and at least 10 amazing friends) moved all of our belongings and furniture into our new house. Andy's mum cooked everyone a huge chilli for tea and we all ate together in our new living room, it was lovely.

Yesterday was mammoth day, before the furniture move we had carpets fitted, appliances delivered, finished the painting, scrubbed the floors and hung curtain rails. We were absolutely shattered and sore by the time we fell into bed. We overslept this morning and had to rush back to our flat to grab the last things and clean it before saying a hasty goodbye and handing the keys into the solicitors. We absolutely loved living here and hopefully the next people will too.
