Giant metal Dragonfly

14 Locks Canal Centre is part of the Monmouthshire and Brecon canal
It is a beautiful area with some beautiful scenery, canal ways and water birds of all descriptions, in the lake area outside the main building is this giant metal dragonfly made of scrap metal.
