Messing about on the water

A calm day, with a bit of a swell (that dumped a truckload of water and seaweed into the cockpit and made the next hour of paddling a bit uncomfortable!)

The seals were their usual playful selves, a bit worrying due to their bulk when they start throwing themselves about on your wake. 

Paddled around Russ Ness and over the patches of kelp forests to the wreck of the B98. I need to be more respectful to the old girl as I nearly collided with a couple of the submerged parts. That would have been silly. I dread to think how much damage the site would suffer if I were to let it rip the bottom of the boat out? Absolutely none at all.
