Celebrating!

A day I've been looking forward to.

A sense of achievement upon the completion of our decorating project.

Also, the celebration of our 45th Wedding Anniversary. I know that sounds like a very, very long time, but I can assure you it doesn't feel like it. We enjoyed a delicious lunch out and I have some big fat cream cakes for afternoon tea. Then I am settling down to a night with SCD (I know, very sad but I'm loving it more than ever this year).

Finally, the arrival tomorrow of our two mischievous grandchildren for sleepover. It's going to be a fun time.
