Up and running

Three cheers for my Uncle who helped us resolve our curtain issue.

Despite the best intentions of the nasty company that caused this little issue it rather took my attention off the flu I have... (well cold). Stupidly I braved an 8km cross country race in Essex this afternoon. XC is rather different to road running and the grass and undulating hills have probably set my recovery back a day or two but I think I brought home some points for the club.

Anyway Strictly is on so I'm er off
