Stuck in a rut

We spent some time stalking the fallow deer at Petworth Park this morning. As is always the case, a couple of hours passed in no time at all and the rut, being in full swing now, was extremely good viewing with all manner of behaviour going on. It was also surprisingly chilly out there and I only wished I'd taken some gloves.  However this was nothing that a cafe stop in Petworth afterwards didn't put right.
