Make life worth living
This exhibition of photographs is on display in St Andrew's Square in Edinburgh. They are the work of Nick Hedges who shot them in 1968 -1972 for Shelter. They depict living conditions in Glasgow and Edinburgh - slum housing and overcrowding. It is a sobering thought that within one's lifetime such conditions were fairly common in our major cities.
Football footnote - a comfortable 4-2 win against Dumbarton. We should have scored more and gave away two poor goals.
