Saltmarsh pool, Munlochy Bay.
Cool, frosty morning. I watched a fox run over the mudflats, to the other side of the bay. It's presence announced by a flock of swooping crows, and scattering ducks and waders. Large flocks of Pink-footed Geese spiralled down from the sky... and a wildfowler discharged numerous cartridges.
