Slow, Fast, Slow

The fermentation process started pretty slow, but it picked up to a pretty good rate over a couple days (guesstimate via rate of bubbling through the airlock). Now it's slowing down again -- which could be good if it's a mark of progress, or not so good if it means the cooler house is slowing things down. I'm still hoping it'll be done and ready for the holidays.
