Castle View

We were going to go out in the car today but the sun was shining so another walk beckoned. The object of today's walk was to reach Caerhays Castle which is under private ownership and cannot be visited. The reason my husband wanted to go there because when he went to Newquay grammar school, the school colours he was put in was Caerhays. No surprise, we have walked another 10 miles today and that was taking lots of short cuts by going on quiet roads but we did cross some fields with cows in. There are now 6 lambs in the nursery field with their mothers. apologies for lack of commenting. I am sitting outside the farmhouse and it's getting chilly.
