Dare to Imagine

Today I participated in a wonderful event hosted by Victim Services and Unshame.org, a website designed to erase the shame felt by many victims & survivors of traumatic experiences.

The theme of the event was Dare to Imagine. Each station had a different activity and the whole day was designed to encourage people to play, experience, and dream together. 

My station was named "Dare to Imagine Yourself Without Limits." I would ask people to sit and think of something limiting them - something holding them back from being the best version of themselves. After a few moments, I would ask them to throw that away, and to imagine what their life would look like without that limit. Then I took pictures of their new "limitless" self. 

I have a collage of all the photos I took but it was too large to be uploaded, so I just picked my favorite - this is Aymen "Without Limits." :)
