Brewing one mug of tea,

During a recent trip to Canada, I can across a shop called Teavana. I was taken by this tea infuser. An simple way of a mug of tea with loose leaves without having to get the teapot out. Incorporating a sieve and valve, the tea leaves are put into the infuser, water is added and left until the desired colour is achieved. The infuser is then placed on a mug and the valve open and the tea drains out leaving the leaves behind.
