Six reasons to run.
- You stop yourself from becoming gradually obese.
- You get to see parts of your locality that you might not see otherwise.
- You get to take part in amazing events in which you are humbled by the grit and determination of thousands of people, raising loads of money for incredible causes.
- You get to wade through a host of different emotions during said events: pain, discomfort, humility, joy, elation, tears.
- Your friends buy you nice things including craft beer that reminds you of holidays and then let you use their bath.
- You feel amazing. Exhausted but amazing.
