Lilac

Weigh in this morning, still losing weight but awfully slowly now. At least I didn't gain anything after yesterday when I had two small pieces of Waitrose chocolate - the first chocolate I've had for quite a while. I wasn't that impressed so it will be a while before I have any more...

I've started with my cold, which is a pain, but it's not been too bad most of the day and in the early afternoon I was well enough to go outside in the sun and have a short walk round the village. We checked in on the re-cycling centre, the community orchard and finally Little Meadow where this picture was taken - not that exciting but useful (re-cycling) and nice (Orchard and Meadow).
