NATURE CHALLENGE: DAY 2

At 10 AM this little fellow (opossum) roamed our streets in day-light looking for the next meal.  I was so lucky to spot him, when I got into the house to get the big camera he/she was nowhere to be found. Opossums are nocturnal animals, but roam the outdoors when they are hungry during the day as well. This was a very small animal - a baby - and did not see me and totally ignored me.. and did not run away, just walking in the street with its nose down...
