Sweeping up!

Really enjoyable day as the back runner for the local Antonine Trail Race. 14 fantastic miles round, over and down the hills surrounding Croy, Kilsyth and Twechar. Was out longer than I thought I would be but was excellent as a recovery session from my recent Kielder exertions.
