Vision Thing

evening all.

there is a mildly boring riff my friend and I throw back and forth about the best band we've never seen.

Now, this doesn't mean a band we like who we haven't ever seen live because they have either :

a) split up
b) died.
c )not toured ever
d) all three.

no, to us this means only one thing: a band who we like, have attended many of their concerts, own many of their albums, and yet, due to the ridiculous amounts of dry ice they insist on using on stage, it is impossible to discern any more than three shadowy shapes wreathed in a mist of their own making.

imagine putting your head in a bag of flour, in a snowstorm, whilst foggy and wearing a blindfold. and that's about all you'll see if you go to one of their shows.

there was so much dry ice it was pouring out through the concert doors and onto the main street in Manchester, it looked like it was a house the Addams family might live  in.

still it sounded like it was a good night....

vision thing indeed!
