Up early and walked juno in a stunning backdrop of mist drifting in the stillness. Met company and chatted.

Moved manure to allotment.

Off to football. An even game until one of our players got injured. She is normally so strong but was in agony and I was very worried. I did not want to move her, ambulance took ages but a paramedic playing on the pitch could deal with the injury with confidence. Got her to a car and to hospital. No break but still in a lot of pain. Game abandoned. Thanks to all the care and attention from Spartans.

Home some rugby, who throws to 4 when it counts.

Picked up eco daughter and eco gran from the airport.
