Weston Park in the Dark

Another spectacular show this year.  Lots of model aircraft and helicopters laden with fireworks and an awesome array of LED lights being put through their paces by highly competent and skillful pilots and all IN THE DARK, even Mr T was in awe of their skills.  To open the show was the Fox aerobatic glider being towed up by a tug plane, both all lit up and once the glider was released from the cable, Guy Westgate, performed his wonderful aerobatic display within half an hour of sunset discharging all sorts of pyrotechnics and fireworks from the glider on his descent.  The show continued with all sorts of daredevil stunts with model planes attempting to fly through a ring of flame and the finale of the show culminated in a fabulous fireworks display.

We spent the evening with lovely friends and their family, shared our picnics, wine and were well prepared this year with  comfy chairs and rugs to keep the cool evening at bay, which actually wasn't nearly as cold as last year.
