Pineapple

I've want to Blip the Pineapple for ages - it's just so ridiculous but at the same time so wonderful. Built in 1761 as a folly to enjoy the fantastic views it's walled gardens contained glasshouses and pineapple pits growing a variety of exotic fruit and vegetables. We had a lovely long walk, the last of a fantastic weeks holiday.

Back home the holiday was most certainly over, garden pots emptied, furniture into the garage and the garden generally readied for winter. More chores completed about the house - all those silly things there just never seems to be time for while working, but we're now all ship shape and ready for the week ahead. A fantastic weeks holiday had by all.
