After a few glasses of wine tonight, we found out about this mountain bike race happening in Rotorua this coming Saturday.
100 km, 70% of it singletrack, with 3000m vertical gain.

It'd be rude not to, seeing as how we'd be in the neighbourhood.

What could possibly go wrong? ...
