October Snow

The fall's first real cold wave arrived last night, bringing frost and brief snow flurries this afternoon (viewed in back of our house).  To our north in Vermont at least one ski area (Killington) is operating. Tonight's temperatures could go down to 25˚F (-4˚C). Tonight the New York Mets are playing the the second baseball game of the American League championship series in NYC and it will be very cold.
