Day 18 - Time to chill

Ride lengths today started from 81k-17k
But whilst you would be led to believe that the hard part was done on completion of the ride..... It is time to get the horses temp brought down, heart rates back to normal, re-hydrated and checked with the vet within the 30 minute deadline  :)

The ride today was on the borders with part of it beginning in Scotland over to England and back again.... on terrain that really did define the meaning of endurance :) Well done to all xxx some riders coming across the finish line today in the extras xxx
