Nicola and Rachel

Meet Nicola and Rachel, 2 girls from my running club.
Both are doing next year's London Marathon and although I am not I will be their training buddy ☺.

Today we had a really nice 10 mile run in Hainault Country Park.
As you can see its a lovely bit of forest on the outer edge of London in the London Borough of Havering where we live.
A lot nicer than pounding the pavements
