Farewell to Braithwaite.

We were away by 10 to visit Castlerigg Stone Circle. Dramatic sky and amazing views but a challenge for us. Interesting how people enjoy this stone circle. Lurking red anoraks behind the stones, barking dogs leaping about, climbing children, jumping children, people stroking each stone, some still and trance like while meditating, chatting couples laughing Then there was Judith and I fiddling with F numbers and wishing we had "grads" to capture the sky. We have discovered a whole new world during our week with Lakeland Photographic holidays
We went into Keswick for coffee, retail therapy in the outdoor shops and lunch before setting off for home.
