Monarch of the glen

Not what you expect to see ...... in a not-so-rural Lincolnshire village garden!!!!

There was a small herd of these Red Deer ..... including 2 large Stags! They were in a field next to a bungalow in a village ...... rather a surprising sight! Just wish the light had been better ..... but they definitely cheered up a dreary afternoon :-)

One of the Does even poked her head through the fencing (see extra) & was taking a great interest in me & my camera!!!
