Rugby. Oh well. It was definitely worth getting up at 7am for, though I wish the result had been different. Ditto for Scotland.

On the other hand, I got to the market early, and got the pick of the Asian Pears, which are now in season. That's some consolation.

Then home for a blitz of cleaning (visitor arriving) and reading. All in all, very relaxing, except for the first bit.
