The Food Truck

Here at Rodrigo Road we are big fans of Michael Van de Elzen and his food truck, which drives around Auckland selling healthy takeaway food.

Tonight my friend Phil came for a drink so I made some snacks from the new Food Truck cookbook, including these vegetable chips. They dried in the oven overnight and I didn't have high hopes... but they were actually pretty good. Includes some homegrown beetroot.
