Concoction

Last night in Lentillac and the last dinner of the season that I will cook. It is always a bit of a concoction at this stage, using up whatever is left in the fridge, but it tasted good.  We actually managed to get all packed up by mid afternoon, so we are well set for our trip tomorrow up to Surgeres, near La Rochelle.
