Basilique de Notre Dame

We are in Montreal. Yesterday was a very long day. We finally got to the boat around 11:30. The had dinner ready for us. Today we took a shuttle into Montreal after breakfast. We walked with two other couples to this exquisite cathedral. We had planned to take the church's tour. That is when things got crazy. Arvin disappeared. We finally decided he must have joined a tour group that was touring the church and left with them. The cathedral's tourism manager was very helpful. We called the police and tried to contact the tour company. I spent the next couple of hours at the church really really worried. But The folks at the church kept my spirits up while everybody searched. Finally when the tour bus returned to their boat they realized that they had an extra and called 911. We had a happy reunion and the police brought us home to the boat. That is where we are now. Time for some quiet.
