The Tall and Short

A long working day in London for me Chris (Annie departed early for Bristol too). It was overcast all day too, nothing like some of the sunshine we saw last week. If there was a sunset, it was already gone by the time I left so I took the 15 minute walk down to the river. With my mini tripod, I tried a few slightly precariously balanced long exposures whilst chatting with a couple of better equipped photographers. I decided the texture and ripples in an 8 second exposure were more interesting than the becalmed 30 second exposure (plus every one of those I tried seemed to feature a boat half-way across the scene!!).
