" Seed head in the sun"

Went for a lovely walk this morning to try and capture the shots again that I took yesterday but the capture of the house martins stole the show!
Now I had promised Aprecious a flower today so I hope she will forgive me! (Well it was a flower). This is the seed head of Salsify, some may remember Richie Boo identified it for me as he's getting rather clever at this plant stuff!
I loved the way the sun was shining through it and the pattern it forms especially in close up! Happy blipping monday to you all.
