twinned with trumpton

By MrFT

The last full day overseas; and I'd held back swimming it the Picky in case we had dull day; so true to form, the sun shone all day. But swimming we had to do; along with hordes of others.

And then, suitably disguised, I met IainatCreel at the Strynd for lunch; after the last time, I wasn't sure we'd be allowed back in. Apple and ketchup Panini consumed (with a side of pickled herring and beetroot chutney), we tried a meatblip in Flett's but that's maybe one for the future.

After he'd been recalled by CMC and CMC senior, we had a quick wander thru' Grooves before heading home to cut the grass (still soaking) and pack.

A quiet evening (part 17) with the final dregs of the Old Pulteney being polished off.

IainatCreel lurking in the shadows; seeking out Gumz.
