A SURPRISE...

... early this morning heard the distinctive sound - more like a screech from this Yellow tailed Black Cockatoo.

Grabbed the camera and went looking. Found it high up in a gum tree in the park at the end of our cul-de-sac, having a grand ole yell.

Then it was off so lucky to get a fair shot of it, all things considered.

Oh.... missed TT again!!! WILL NOT MISS next week!!
