Devizes (Tuesday 13th October 2015)

A congregation of ducks in the churchyard beside the Crammer pond in Devizes. I had a lot of photos to choose from today (unlike the sole shots of the last couple of days) as I had had a stroll along the canal from Horton Bridge, looked at the swans and geese on the Crammer, taken a couple of shots in Market Place where I had a call to make at Straker's, had a wander at Devizes Wharf where there was kayaking among the narrowboats and swans, and spotted a rather fine tom cat prowling along a stone wall at the bottom of a garden adjacent to the towpath.

As most of these subjects have been covered in recent blips, I thought I would share this scene with you.

Destroyer is the 'other' band of Dan Bejar from the New Pornographers, a Canadian band that also includes Neko Case. I heard this in the car as I made my way around during the afternoon. It's from the album Poison Season.
