NEAT TRICK

Interesting to watch these beauties swoop in for a treat without even landing.  The fanned tail puts the brakes on just enough to grab a peanut, then liftoff is a powerful downward wing motion, and off he goes.  I had to be quick with the button to catch this.  Believe me, I have several shots of the back end a blue jay after he's snatched his prize.
