Water wheel

We went over to the Wirral today to meet friends for lunch. D had made this water wheel at 'Men in sheds'. The man moves as if he's pushing the wheel when you turn on the pump.
The friend in question was married to a close friend of mine who sadly died last winter. He wanted to introduce us to his new lady. She turned out to be absolutely lovely....Phew!
