When...

...stuff was made solid.

One of the big heavy items that had to be removed from the darkroom in the third bedroom was the sink and it's cabinet. It was obviously an expensive bit of kit and very well made from good materials, I love the enamel badge on the front so I've removed it for a keep sake.

We spent another two and a bit hours at the house, I mainly did cleaning up of rubble and preparing the rooms for the window lintel replacements at the weekend, ie shifting stuff away from where the supports need to be.

Claire and Gemma did some impressive wallpaper removal on the walls that are in great condition.

I am starting to get the feeling of home when I'm there now even if we are a long way off from moving in.
