How pretty.

Been to the house tonight with Stu and Gem.  Stu had a good tidy up moving stuff out the way ready for the lintel repairs at the weekend, while me and Gem stripped more walls (I know its all I seem to do!).  The wallpaper in the picture was hidden under a layer of paint (as you can see), and two layers of anaglypta wallpaper.  Unfortunately this is the biggest piece I managed to uncover without damaging.  This is by far the nicest wallpaper I have seen in the whole house, and considering the obviously dated pattern of the two layers of wallpaper on top of it this must be really old. 
They don't make things like they used too!
