Building Bridges...

I've been keeping an eye out for this happening.  Although I cycle the bridge everyday, the deck lifts are like mushrooms.  They just appear and I've not seen one mid lift.

Saw the 4th north tower one in mid lift on the bus home, so got home, picked up the kids and headed out to show them, pegged it as a once in a lifetime view which is pretty much is.
