"Jazz Hands"

We had a very entertaining jazz dance workshop with choreographer Chris Wilson this morning  at the Macrobert Arts centre.- all part of Luminate, Scotland's Festival for Creative Ageing .

Why is it that nobody has ever heard of the Luminate Festival- yet it has been going for several years?
