Trip

Down to the physio this morning as my neck shoulder has sized up (since Friday). Turns out I have a trapped nerve in neck. Benji the physio worked his magic then met Stewart and Breagha and went for coffee at Nero. There is a new manageress there and she lets dogs in:). Very happy at that decision!

Soup for lunch then off to Falkland to walk in the Estate woods. Another lovely autumn walk. This is a relatively new shop with a small tearoom attached which is getting rave reviews on Trip Advisor. There are only four tables but it's the full old fashioned crockery and cake stand and tablecloths type of place that people like. Not tried it yet.
