One of the things I am loving most about this house is the light! Every time the sun shines sadly not very often at the mo! I am amazed and delighted at the different ways light floods in, leaving intriquing shadows and golden tones.

The light in this shot is from the setting sun as it shines in our hall window. I couldn't decide whether to blip the colour or mono version but went with colour in the end as I love the golden glow.

Team of cleaners in today and they have transformed the place from a dusty old house to a sparkling home! What a difference! Now the rest of the unpacking can begin!
