Ladybird.......

Well the rain finally arrived as forecast, it was very heavy overnight, well in Havant at least.
There were times when the rain was so heavy the noise of the rain hammering on the factory roof drowned out the noise of the machines in the factory.
I'm sure the current mild weather is the reason there's so many insects still visiting our gardens, I was surprised to see so many butterflies and dragonflies at the crematorium last Sunday, and  today, I noticed two ladybirds on the window frame of one of our front bedrooms, and this fella amongst the plants in the back garden. This image was taken at around 8-15am, at that time there was no rain or wind, it's now 10-15,  its lashing down and the wind's whipping the leaves off the trees in the garden. Time for bed.
